In December 2024, in an atmosphere filled with joy and gratitude, Maydiang ushered in the 35th anniversary celebration ceremony. With the theme of "35 Years of Ingenuity Building Dreams, Blueprints Drawing a New Era", the celebrations were held grandly at the company's Grand Rezen Hotel Merryland and Changshu Factory. In the long river of years, we together pursue the footprints of the past, share the joy of the present, and look forward to the future with anticipation.

Forging ahead and creating brilliance, the 35th anniversary staff meeting of Maydiang was grandly held

(1) Looking back the history of Maydiang & Being grateful for your companion

On December 28, 2024, Maydiang celebrated its 35th anniversary, and the staff celebration meeting was grandly opened with warm applause. Mr. Yang Xiaoming, director of the company's management committee, opened the curtain with a passionate speech. He deeply reviewed the company's glorious history over the past 35 years and clearly pointed out that all these achievements wouldn’t be gained without the wise guidance of the president of company Mr. Mao, the hard work and dedication of all employees, and the firm trust and strong support of all our customers. It is the cohesion of these forces that together created Maydiang's extraordinary achievements.

Then president, Mr. Mao Jianhua, delivered an exciting and important speech. Since its establishment, Maydiang has contributed to its hometown as its mission, and deeply interpreted the patriotic feeling that must be deeply rooted in its hometown feeling. After so many market storms, Maydiang has continuously optimized its customer structure, adjusted its product layout, and bravely entered the real estate and commercial fields. The reason why Maydiang has been able to build a long-term business is due to the great reform and open policy, and the strong support of the local government. At the same time, Mr. Mao also pointed out the direction for the future of Maydiang: actively expand the market, expand the customer base, enhance the vitality of the enterprise; continue to promote the modernization process, enhance the core competitiveness; build a young professional team, continuously inject fresh blood into our company. He also addressed that Maydiang has an excellent management team, which is the strongest team in Maydiang history. They are disciplined and responsible, dedicated and straightforward. He hopes that this team can lead Maydiang to continue to work hard and create greater brilliance!

(2) The spirit of originality leads to brilliant achievements

At the celebration, seven veteran employee representatives with a tenure of 5 to 35 years took the stage to share their insights and gains in the workplace with sincere emotions. They said affectionately that it is the spirit of originality that the company has long adhered to, which inspires them to pursue excellence in their jobs, so as to achieve a good win-win situation in which personal value and corporate growth are synchronized. Looking back in the past years, they are full of gratitude and express their deepest gratitude to Maydiang for their cultivation and companion.

At the event, the double feast of the photography competition and the essay competition came to a successful conclusion. After fierce competitions, the winners took the stage with their glories. Our company awarded them honorary certificates and prizes in recognition of their unique ideas and beautiful writings. Maydiang would like to express its heartfelt thanks to all the participants for their enthusiastic participation and hard work. This competition is not only a cultural feast, but also an opportunity to inherit Maydiang's excellent culture. In the future, we will continue to uphold this spirit and create greater brilliance.

After 35 years of ups and downs, Maydiang not only harvested growth and success, but also precipitated a deep sense of social responsibility. To cultivate a culture of love, promote love actions and social ethics, Maydiang joined hands with various units, departments and employees' families to spontaneously donate and gather love emotion. In January 2016, at the initiative of President Mr. Mao Jianhua, Maydiang established "Maydiang Love Angel Foundation". On the day of the fundraising site, all units and departments contribute to the fund and put the pledge slip carrying love into the love box, fully demonstrating the warmth and strength of the Maydiang family.

Actions interpret beauty, and love lights up hope. Mr. Mao personally awarded 2024 hardship grants to eight employees in distress, demonstrating the Maydiang's deep care for employees. In addition, he also awarded educational scholarships to the children of two employees, fully reflecting Maydiang family’s warm and strength and encouraging the staff inspire their children to pursue excellence. What is even more touching is that the Mr. Mao personally presented the 35th anniversary employee souvenir, which is not only the highest honor for the five old employees who have served loyally for 35 years, but also a profound recognition of their selfless dedication. (4) The stage shining brightly & gifts conveying love

In the laughter of Maydiang’s 35th anniversary celebration, a star-studded literary feast was officially opening. On December 29, 2024, Maydiang's employees showcased colorful programs such as singing and dancing, cross talk, and poetry reading. they showed the team's spiritual outlook and artistic talent, and also filled with hope for a better future.

At the glorious moment of celebrating the 35th anniversary of its establishment, Maydiang carefully prepared souvenir gifts for all employees, and also sent special commemorative gifts to every employee who has worked in the company for every five years. These gifts include daily practical items such as health pots, electric steamers, electric warmer, washing machines, and battery scooters, as well as personal customized gifts exclusive to employees who have served for the 35th anniversary. This is not only a recognition of employees' hard work, but also a promise and commitment to a better future.

(5) Drawing blueprints together for a new era
